Just spend your 25 B$ on making an advertisement. Since the site just "officially" launched, it'll be easy to generate revenue from ad clicks.

The issue is the ad needs to recognize and remember all addresses that click on it. If the same person clicks the advertisement multiple times, it kind of breaks the ad system.
