im seeing people saying they're terminated and they're only a few days

Warning, 1 day ban, 3 day ban, 7 day ban, 14 day ban, termination, IP ban.

Suspensions depend on the type of content you posted on the website. Majorly abiding the rules repeatedly will get you deleted.
